Welcome to the website of La P’tite Place.
After many years of dreaming about starting a Bed & Breakfast in France, now we finally are going to do it.
In the picturesque village of Les Arques, in the department Lot, close-by the Dordogne department, we opened in the spring of 2020 a Chambres d’Hôtes & Jardin de Thé (Tea garden).
We did our best to make a nice place of it, where everyone can feel at home.
Whether it’s a cup of coffee with something tasty, a small lunch or a longer stay with overnight stays including breakfast and possibly an evening meal, we will do our best to make the sense!
Les Arques is car-free, this makes it a lovely village to go through strolling.
La P’tite Place is located on a little square, overlooking the church, but the backyard offers a wide view over the beautiful hills of the Lot.
The evenings are quiet and in the night there is a beautiful starry sky to see.
The village is ‘known’ because artist Zadkine has lived and worked here.
In and around the Museum Zadkine, you can see his beautiful works of art.
Les Arques is a good base to hiking and cycling.
Several routes have been mapped out, but it is also possible to ‘wander around’, which can bring you on beautiful places.
